Waterside Staffing was created in 2018, and is a boutique staffing firm specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota markets. Waterside’s Founder, Todd Darrell, has been forging successful connections in the Tampa Bay for over 10 years.  He has been fortunate enough to work with some of the best companies and talent this region has to offer. His diverse portfolio of experience is what has allowed him to create Waterside Staffing, and bring his brand of recruiting services to The Tampa Bay and Sarasota markets.

Todd has been an accounting and finance recruiter in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota market for more than a decade, and enjoys forging long lasting relationships with like minded professionals just like you. He holds an MBA in Finance from The University of South Florida, is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and lives in the Tampa Bay area.
